It seemed that everything possible was going wrong with our build and the party wall notices filed by our architect did not seem to properly cover the works we had. Once appointed Jon resolved all the problems to our complete satisfaction.

Very knowledgeable and extremely professional. It was very reassuring to have Mr Hicks working on our party wall award - and due to his level of expertise we were able to comprehend some of the complicated matters arising from this project.

Out of three quotes not only was Jons  the most comprehensive but comes with copies of his companies Insurance Certificate with PI Of £500,000 per Survey and more importantly a signed certificate of good standing from the Government for excellent trading since 2017. Could not recommend them more.

Instructing a Party Wall Surveyor can be very daunting, as the process seems a bit complicated. We spoke with a number (I think about 7!) of different surveyors and chose to use Jon  from SSES. That was a great decision, we found HIS COMPANIES ACCOUNTS VERY REASSUSSING THAT WE WERE HIRING A LONG STANDING PROFESSIONAL ORGANISATION.
