We have a team of two Party Wall Surveyors in Surrey, covering locations from Guildford to Kingston with an office in Guildford.
The team is headed by James Young BSc (Hons) who has over 5 years’ experience in Party Wall Matters and has published over 2,500 Party Wall Awards.
All our Surveyors are vastly experienced in Party Wall matters and all of them have a degree in Building Surveying there are no unqualified Surveyors in the Party Wall practice.
We can undertake any project of any size be it commercial or residential. We have recently undertaken the Party Wall element of a large residential block in Guildford consisting of the conversion of 25 residential flats.
